Is Hawthorne on Trafalgar the same as Hawthorne East Village?
No. They are two different Mattamy communities in Milton. Hawthorne East Village is on the eastern edge of Milton and is selling now. Hawthorne on Trafalgar is on Trafalgar Road beside Sixteen Mile Creek and is coming soon.
Has Hawthorne on Trafalgar launched?
Not yet. It is coming soon. Pricing, floor plans and the release date have not been released. Registered buyers get them first.
Where is Hawthorne on Trafalgar?
On Trafalgar Road in Milton, part of Halton Region, bordered by the Natural Heritage System and the Sixteen Mile Creek wetlands. Milton, Oakville and Mississauga are all close by, with Highways 401 and 407 nearby. Street addresses have not been released yet.
What home types are available?
WideLot two-storey townhomes and single and double car detached homes. Plans and sizes have not been released yet.
How much will homes cost?
Hawthorne on Trafalgar pricing has not been released yet. Hawthorne East Village is selling now from the mid $600s. Register and we send you the price list for one or both.

Mattamy's WideLot designs use a wider footprint, which gives more generous living areas, better flow, brighter rooms and flexible spaces.
What about schools?
Milton is served by the Halton District School Board and the Halton Catholic District School Board, and future schools are planned inside the community. Catchments for a new community are not yet assigned.
