Hawthorne on Trafalgar is on Trafalgar Road in Milton, part of Halton Region alongside Oakville, Burlington and Halton Hills. It sits beside the Sixteen Mile Creek wetlands, with Milton, Oakville and Mississauga all within easy reach.

Milton is served by the Halton District School Board and the Halton Catholic District School Board. Future schools, parks and gathering spaces are planned inside Hawthorne on Trafalgar itself.
Catchments for a new community are not yet assigned. The boards set boundaries closer to occupancy, so confirm with the Halton District School Board and the Halton Catholic District School Board.
